Hello everyone! It's been a really complicated year...
Since the pandemic began, my life has changed completely.
In my first year of university I was living a period of adaptation: I moved to Santiago... I was beginning a "new life" in a city unknown to me.
After a couple of months, I was already adapted to my life in Santiago, in fact I liked it, but with everything that happended afterwards, I had to return to Rancagua, my hometown.
I had big plans for my next college years (like making more friends or knowing more Santiago), but I coulnd't, because the pandemic came.
Having online classes has been difficult for me: I didn´t have a good computer, the internet didn't work in my room, so I had to take my classess in the dining room (a very noisy room in my house), etc.
Those things got better over time. But this year has been a challenge for me, because I realized I can't stay focused for long. It's really hard for me to pay attention and understand the classes, because that's who I am. The noise around me (my neighbors and their very loud music, for example) is not helping me with my problem.
In despite those difficulties, being at home feels good: I do not have to worry about cooking or cleaning the house, because there are other people here. Besides, I don't have to travel to get to college, so I don't have to get up so early.
Two days ago I went to college for a face-to-face class. It was a good experience, but I forgot how to get there 😅.
Thank guys for reading my book 💓
I understand you and I feel totally identified with your situation about the university and the online classes. I hope you can find a solution to your concentration problems.
ReplyDeleteIt´s totally as you said. Regarding your concentration problem, the same thing happens to me. Sometimes i am very distracted and that affects me when i study and also in classes. Use ear plugs, they help me a lot when i have to study.
ReplyDeleteHi Crystal! I'm sorry for what you been through but I'm happy that you can see the positive side of the situation! I really hope that the next year be better for you
ReplyDeleteHello! I share the concentration problems at home! It is exhausting :(
ReplyDeleteHi, the same thing happens to me, I can't concentrate for long either, so now I have to use an application that marks my times, I hope everything improves soon. I send you a hug <3
ReplyDeleteyes, I think it has been a challenge for everyone (in different ways). I totally understand you, it also happens to me that I am very unconcerned, it is difficult but I hope I can adapt;)
ReplyDeleteHello! Yes, concentrating at home is very difficult, I am easily distracted, but I think that with time we will adapt.
